morning my friend!   yes, we got home again in fine shape. the van did very well and i was pleased to have no problems with directions/maps, etc. along the way either.  couldn't believe the difference in the weather between the two states tho...i left there with it being fairly warm  (60's=70's) during the daytime sun, and came home to gray skies, driving wind, and a temp of 39 degrees (which i'm sure was less than that with wind chill)  it is very gray yet this morning.  i'm hoping to watch the news and see that it will improve enough for me to get my car cleaned up and not freeze to death doing so.   the dogs did remarkably well, save for poor roscoes' car sickness.  i left a few items, including the rug i'd lined the van with, in the trash down there.  Ewwww!  He was getting a little more used to riding in the car tho by the end of the trip, but i don't expect that to be a permanent change.

got some thinking to do now.....have to catch up on a few things around here and then i hope to post more about the trip.  just wanted to make sure that i touched base with those of you who commented while i was gone and were praying for me.  hope you had a good weekend, and have a great week!
