Hi!
Wow, what a weekend!! My sister,my niece and I helped my parents clear their porch so they could get a new indoor/outdoor rug put in this coming week. Well, it wasn't easy taking the old rug up as they had glued it down when it was installed. It took us about 3 hours to get the old rug up!! My niece was the strongest one of us all!! Glad she was there!! She's 14 and has the strength of a mule!! Well, the job got done anywayz!!!! Have a blessed weekend! Lisa

Hi! I just came in from walking shelbie this morning and it is a beautiful day here in Jersey. It is warm and the sun is out!! It is nice to walk the dog in warmer weather!!! Tonight I will be taking a group of clients to Target for shopping!! They love to shop! I leave you with a poem for today! I am getting ready to make my morning coffee and listen to the news. I walked shelbie this morning already too! I can't wait for warmer weather for that chore!!! HeartBeat It is just amazing how the Lord brings people together. When I first started to blog on Xanga I found quite a few christian bloggers about my age. I enjoyed what they had to say on their posts and it always gave me something to reflect on about the Lord. I came across Connie's site, daisymae81, as I was surfing through Xanga and learned about Heartbeat and wanted to join right away. It opened a door to even more great brothers and sisters in christ and it has blessed me to be able to "visit" with people all over the U.S. that love the Lord. The love and encouragement you get from all of the members is just amazing! That's what we need to do as a christian, encourage our brothers and sisters! Have a blessed day everyone! Lisa

Hi!
It has rained here in Jersey most of the night. Now it is windy and cloudy. I hope the rain is over for now so I can go to Wally World and get shopping done this morning! Work has been busy this week and we have had fun at the center! Today the Rosary group gets together to pray and we will have games going on after that! Have a blessed day everyone!! Lisa

Hi! Well, it's Monday!!! Back to work today!! There was snow last night that turned to rain so there is a slushy mess outside today!! I don't know how many clients we will have at the center today in this weather. Sometimes they surprise us by coming out in this weather, though!! My husband has been working 2 part-time jobs but will be giving a weeks notice to the Rehabilitation Hospital today as the job at the Nursing Home has offered full time. We have been waiting for this and it actually happened sooner than we thought!! It is a county nursing home, good benefits and a pension. So, we thank God for him getting in the door and getting full-time after only about 14 weeks!! He works in the Dietary department, prep/cleaning work as an assistant. He seems to like the atmosphere better and the co-workers better there actually! The boss too is better! So, he is happy!! I guess I had better get on to some housework!! Have a great day everyone!!
