    Good Morning!

Well, today is a rainy saturday here in Jersey!!  The kind of day you just wanna stay in bed!!!  Well I did get coffee made and ate a waffle!!  I need to gather some motivation for the day!!!  My husband and I have taken up bowling.  We go with some of his co-workers on Sat. nights for something to do.  I should say I "try" to bowl.  My highest score is a 91 so far!!   Well have a great weekend!  Lisa

Cell phones vs. the bible :

Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones?  What if we carried it around in our purse or pocket?  What if we flipped through it several times a day?  What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it?  What if we used it to receive messages from the text?  What if we treated it like we couldn't love life without it?  What if we gave it to our kids as gifts?  What if we used it when we traveled?  What if we used it in case of an emergency?  This is something to make you go. . . hmm . . .where's my Bible?  And unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill.  Knock knock?  I knocked on heaven's door this morning.  God asked me "My child, what can I do for you?  and I asked " Father please protect the person reading this blog."  God smiled and answered "Request granted."

This was a text that I got yesterday from a friend and it does make you think!!   Have a blessed day!   Lisa

    Good AM!

We are in a winter wonderland here in Jersey.  The Nor'easter brought us about 10 inches of snow starting sunday night into monday afternoon!!  We spent yesterday afternoon digging out enought to get the cars out and get to my fenced in part of the yard to let the dogs out.  I even had to dig a path in the yard for the dogs since they were so little they were getting burried in the snow just trying to walk, too funny!!!  Well today will be back to work and more regular routine after the "snow day"!  Have a great day everyone!!   Lisa
