hi lisa! it's been awhile again since i've been online. was able to get in here this morning so i thought i'd say hello to y'all! thanks so much for my valentine card--it was the ONLY one i got and i welcomed your thinking of me.
i worked an 11 hour day at petco yesterday, was the only groomer in, and it was a busy day. i got home and barely had time to change when my grandkids came to visit while my son took his wife out for dinner. i didn't get to bed til after 11pm, that after getting up at 5am! i am tired....
Roscoe had a setback after his tooth extractions and required more antibiotics to deal with infection and coughing. he seems to be doing well now. it's been an adjustment for him eating and he's not into chewing yet, but he does seem to be feeing much better and the 'breath of death' is gone!
miss greta continues to chew things up in her puppy stage, after she's worn out the others playing. she's so funny. so far, it's not been anything really important that she's shredded...
am going to go for the job at the vets' office. i really have had enough of petco. i'm hoping and praying that it will be a strategic move for me on a lot of different levels. not only insurance, but better pay, and the perk of discounted vet services, which will be a welcome thing.
it's cold and clear here today. we had some snow night before last, but it melted away during the day yesterday. yay!
