Hi, Just a quick post this morning to say Hi to all and sorry I haven't been visiting as much lately as I use to. I had a Dr. appointment yesterday to check my thyroid levels. I'm on synthroid. Everything was good with my blood work. It is hot and humid here in Jersey again today!!!! I am taking some of my client on a trip to a new store that opened about a week ago called Five Below. Everything there is $5 or less. A few of the clients asked if to go and check it out and so we are. Ask and ye shall receive!!! Well, have a great day everyone!!! Lisa

I'm going tomorrow to get bloodwork done to check my thyroid levels too! I am on currently on synthroid, but my doctor (my new doctor) was telling me about more natural thyroid hormones - not synthetic like synthroid. Have you heard about these? I had not and I guess I have to do some research.

FINALLY the rain is stopping and the sun is trying to come out. if it lasts, it should be a pretty sunset tonite. if it ever dries out, there is supposed to be a cool front come through here in the next few days. pleasant change! but i'll be inside the next few days at work and will miss it....grrr!

years ago i was growing up we had a store in our neighbor hood called dots and it was a clothing store that had every thing under 10.00 dolllars and it was awsome but the store got bought out dogg gone it!!. love shelly
