  • hey there!  i just got home from my runnins' around for the day.  it's 2:30 already. i feel like my 'day off' was anything but that!

    i went to the dentist and then mowed the lawn.  after that i spied a blurb in the paper about a luncheon at the chamber of commerce for a seminar on starting a small business, so i hurried up and showered and dressed to go to that.  it was a very informative meeting and one of the speakers was the guy that my workforce investment counsellor had directed me to speak with on starting up my own business.  so, it put me in touch with a lot of info and people in the community.  it was encouraging.  hopefully i can schedule some meeting with these folks to see where it will go...i'll continue to stay at PETCO for as long as i can because it's a paycheck coming in....okay, a measley one, but nonetheless, a paycheck....

    unless i hit a huge snag that complicates things that is and sends me over the edge... LOL
