    God Looks at Our Heart

    God isn't concerned about our beauty.
    He doesn't care about our education.
    Color is nothing to God,  He made us all.
    If we say we are Christlike and not love our brother,
    then what do you think of this commandment?
    "Love your neighbor as yourself."
    Gee, that is something else.
    What was He thinking when He asked us to do that?
    We love the ones that are real good to us.
    Not thinking about all people being his children.
    Don't be so pious and act like you are special.
    God made you and He checks out the heart.
    We do not fool him with our hypocrisy.
    That sounds awful but it is the truth.
    God doesn't look at our outside, He looks into our heart.

  • there are days when it is very hard....you want to take them home with you and make it all better....  they're not like children who eventually grow up and can fend for themselves, despite abuse--they are always dependant on us.  i can't help but think that at the end of our lives we will be judged according to how we used, abused and treated the whole of creation that we were surrounded with!  some folks will be getting thier due for sure then!
